Terms/terms of delivery

1. This Agreement will enter into force from the date of its acceptance by the Customer and will be valid until the full fulfillment of the obligations to provide Services determined by the Parties, or its early termination for any other reason agreed by the Parties.

2. Information about the term of provision of each Service is contained in the corresponding Order Form, and is also displayed in the Customer's Profile. After this period, the Customer receives a notification from ООО Intrernet-Tehnologii NN   ipv6-proxy.com. The Customer can choose the type and number of Services that he wants to extend at any time before the end of the Service period. To extend the Service period, you need to create a new Order in the Profile. The renewal of Services is carried out according to the ipv6-proxy.com tariffs valid at the time of such renewal.

3. If the Customer violates the terms of this Agreement, the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania or the rights of third parties, or on the basis of his application, as well as in case of loss of the status of the Customer, we may terminate this Agreement unilaterally and terminate the provision of Services.

4. Sections "General Provisions", "Definition of Terms", "Cost of Services and Settlement Procedure", "Intellectual Property", "Confidentiality", "Liability", "Disclaimer", "Limitation of Liability", "Payment upon Termination", "Term of the Agreement" and "Dispute Resolution and the "disagreements" will remain in force after the termination or expiration of this Agreement, and the obligations of the parties in accordance with the section "Confidentiality" will remain in force after the termination or expiration of this Agreement until, for now, the parties retain ownership of the other party's data.
