Rules, requirements for the return and cancellation of goods/services.

Suspension of the provision of services. Termination of the Agreement

The Administrator has the right to suspend the User's access to the System, which the Administrator can use at his discretion and is not obliged to notify the User about it beforehand. The User understands this Administrator right and agrees with it. The Administrator may resort to using any other available judicial remedy if the User uses the System with at least one of the following violations:

violation of the terms of this Agreement, Administrator rights, rights of third parties, or any applicable legislation or regulations;
User actions are prohibited or unacceptable;
the User's actions look like fraudulent activity of any nature.

Under the terms of this Agreement, upon termination of the Agreement, the User's license right is revoked, and then the User immediately stops using the System, connecting to it, and also undertakes to remove any software provided as part of the System.

The Administrator has the right to refuse to execute Payment Orders that were provided by the User, to suspend the provision of other Services, as well as to require the User to provide additional documents in cases where the User's documents provided to the Administrator do not meet the requirements established by legal acts, as well as in cases of reasonable doubt that the documents provided to the Administrator are correct or authentic.


Amendments to the Agreement

The Administrator has the right to change and/or supplement the terms of the Agreement unilaterally.

The User has no right to change and/or amend the terms of this Agreement unilaterally.

The Agreement provides for the User's right to refuse to provide Administrator services and terminate the Agreement if the User does not agree with changes to the Agreement or amendments to it. In this case, the User must notify the Administrator about this no later than 30 (thirty) days in advance.
Refund Policy

The User has the right to terminate the contract signed by the Administrator without specifying the appropriate reason and without any penalty if the User does so within 1 (one) hour from the moment of receipt of the product. To use this right, the User must notify the Administrator in writing. To do this, you need to send a notification to the Customer Support Service by email support@proxy6.net within 1 (one) hour from the moment the product is connected.


Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, the User needs to contact the Administrator directly. To resolve disputes, the Administrator uses negotiations with the User — disputes are resolved in a friendly manner, immediately, on terms that are acceptable to both Parties.

Any complaint/claim regarding the services provided by the Administrator will be accepted from the User in the form of a statement sent to the email address support@proxy6.net , indicating the circumstances and documents on the basis of which the complaint/claim was sent.

If the basis of the application is documents that the Administrator does not possess, then the User must provide them or their copies simultaneously with the submission of the application.


Deadline for consideration of complaints/claims from Users:

The Administrator reviews the complaint/claim and notifies the User of the decision within 30 (thirty) days. An exception may be cases when the deadline is set by legal acts or other mandatory acts of the Administrator that are related to the provision of Services (for example, the rules of international organizations or service payment cards).
The Administrator undertakes to inform the user about the reasons for the delay in the decision, indicating the time in which the response will be sent, in cases where the Administrator is unable to respond to the claim within 30 (thirty) days.

To protect their rights, if the User does not agree with the Administrator's decision, he/she has the right to use all other legal remedies.

The User should pay attention to the fact that the email and links that are sent to the User are tools for the Administrator to communicate with the User. The User guarantees the protection of these tools and logins to them, must ensure the security of passwords for logging in, their passwords to e-mail, and all other tools used by the User, and is fully responsible for this. Passwords are classified information. The User is responsible for its disclosure, as well as for all operations that are performed after entering the password used by the User for the corresponding Account, for other Payment Instruments.

Communication between the Administrator and the User through messages transmitted by mail, e-mail, if necessary, is considered as evidence during the resolution of disputes, and both parties agree with this.
Final provisions

The User's tax obligations and their fulfillment, as well as the calculation and transfer of taxes applied to the User are the responsibility of the User, but not the Administrator.

If any provision in the Agreement is declared invalid, the other provisions of this Agreement will continue to be valid.

No third parties may obtain from the User the rights and obligations under this Agreement. Only the User directly has the rights and obligations under this Agreement.
